Are Alpine Spas good quality?

We value integrity here at Alpine Spas and take exceptional pride in our products. We proudly guarantee that every Alpine Spa is meticulously crafted with over 40 hours of skilled workmanship involved.

All of our spas are fitted with industry-leading components, such as Balboa® and SpaNet control systems. We use American-made Lucite® acrylic shells and the latest in water purification systems. Each model is also fitted with our robust Four Layer Insulation System, designed to heat your spa quicker and save you money.

Do I need to fence my spa pool?

In most cases, the answer is no. We’re a safety-first company and carefully design our portable spas to meet the fencing requirements stipulated in Council requirements.

Here are the stipulations made by councils.

A cover may be used as a barrier for a small heated pool with a water surface area of 5m² or less and with walls that stand 760mm above the adjacent floor or ground.
The cover must restrict the entry of children when closed.
The cover must be able to withstand a reasonably foreseeable load.
The cover must be able to be readily returned to the closed position and have signage indicating its child safety features.

Our spa covers far exceed the minimum requirements outlined.

Do you do finance?

Does the spa come with a cover for the top of the spa?

Yes, all our spas and swim spas come with fully insulated, lockable covers. Our spa covers are specifically designed to trap the heat, even in the depths of winter!

What type of base do I need to place my spa on?

Your spa must be placed on a sturdy, flat surface that won’t move or waiver under the total weight of your spa once it’s filled. Do not place your spa on grass.

PHENOMENAL. We have owned our Alpine Nepal for 14months now. Strangely we didn’t post a review when we first took delivery of it. Interestingly we have had the most contact in the last 2-3months. We also purchased a spanet wifi controller. We’ve had two issues with the air controller and flow diverter. We also couldn’t get the spanet wifi controller to work. And here’s where the phenomenal comes in…. Ordinarily, as time passes, companies want less and less to do with you. It’s just not worth their while, they’ve made the sale. But these guys know better. They understand the life cycle of business, and that in maintaining a relationship they also maintain customer spend through parts and consumables. IF you do it well. And by golly. Do these guys do it well. From Alicia in the front to Shannon in customer care to Hannah in Spa Supplies- they ALL treat you as a valued part of their business. Even when you’re only on about a $30 part. Got our Nepal Spa just a week before Auckland went into its latest lockdown. Yes arrived just in time. My partner and I have really enjoyed the spa and the lazy evenings enjoying a nice drink therein. Really recommend Alpine for the sales and service. Took a wee while to get the outdoor electricity sorted but they kept in contact and when ready the guys dropped the spa and placed it in situ which wasn’t an easy task. I really recommend the delivery option, pool is heavy (even empty) and the lads have all the tools required to get it into the most difficult of places….thanks Alpine!~

After a bit of a wait – they were busy – was help by a great sales person who guided us through what would suit us. We appreciated there was no pressure to buy bigger or brighter than we needed. This company is outstanding. Their backup sales is second to none and they really back their product up. I had a small issue with a bubble appearing in a headrest. I emailed them about it and the very next day a whole set of new headrests was sent. Outstanding customer service!! They are always open to a quick chat about water conditions, settings and maintenance advice. The Spa itself is magic….We went for the Montanna and haven’t regretted it. It’s only now in the middle of a heatwave that it’s the first time we haven’t used the spa. I think it’s important if you are looking for a spa to find someone who backs up their product, carries spare parts and are always open to advice. Well done guys and girls I have thoroughly recommended you to everyone we know.
