I purchased the Munro design ?. Its a brillant hot tub and offers really good seating capabilities. I highly recommend spending the extra cash and upgrade to the premier grade spa. The size of the spa is a instant attraction offering the best leg space for the taller lads. There are many accessories that come with the kit and are very useful for first time spa owners. It will take time to adjust to the water chemistry. So NOTE... Please consult with alpine spa technicians team before adding the chemicals supplied with package this will significantly help with the quality of your water down the road . Big thanks for the team at apline spas for making this happen especially with the covid 19 shipping restrictions. You all deserve a pat on the back and a merry Christmas.

We absolutely love our Munro spa pool, and so does our cat! We have it on a covered deck with sea views. The cover lift if brilliant, makes it so easy to get the cover on and off.
At dawn and dusk it's so peaceful; we get fantails and wax eyes feeding on the Tree Fern next to the spa and at night the lights and blue-tooth speakers are great when you have mates over. It's so easy to get people to feed our cats when we're away now because we just say they can use the spa in exchange!

Bought the Sierra spa from Alpine Spas and from the very first contact right through to final delivery I have been super impressed with the level of service I received. It was a busy period (January/February 2018) but I was constantly informed of the status of my order. Delivery required a crane which was handled incredibly professionally, so much so my 3-year-old son now wants to be a crane driver! The summit is an awesome spa, the perfect mix of seats and recliners, and too many jets/blowers to count! I wouldn't consider anyone else to buy a spa from. These guys know their business.

We love our Spa Pool. The size is perfect for us and our property. It was easy to install, it is easy to clean and maintain and it runs perfectly. It is best enjoyed on a clear dark evening taking in the night sky or during the day looking towards the Kaikoura Mountains. Highly recommend. Everyone should have one!

Our hot tub is the perfect size for the 2 of us and the ideal shape for the cosy private courtyard right outside our bedroom. We use it in the mornings after a regular walk and also in the evenings with a drink (G & T in our house means ‘Gin and Tubbie’) all the lights off and the space station/satellites passing overhead. It’s a luxury that’s inspired at least 2 of our friends to buy one and others to seriously consider it. We LOVE our Tub!

Alpine Spas and Sharyn stood out by far as honest and practical about their spas and what they have to offer. Sharyn was fantastic to deal with and gave us the information and time we needed to make the decision to buy an Alpine Spa. We are outside of Auckland so had the spa delivered and put in place. This was well worth it as the guys that delivered were good and ensured we were happy with where it was before they left, also taking the packaging with them which was a bonus.

We ordered our Alpine Spa as a glimmer of hope at the start of the Covid-19 for us to look forward to post-lockdown. From start to finish the process has been exceptional from the Comms to the delivery to the final product. It’s now part of the kids nightly routine helping them sleep better and once they’re in bed, my wife and I settle in for our chance to decompress, debrief and let any stress drift away as we lie back under the stars. No need for a mid-winter get away with a piece of luxury in our own backyard every night.

The Montana is the same size footprint as the old spa we removed. This is important as this deck was reinforced for this size footprint. The nice thing is our new Alpine spa while the same footprint is taller and deeper. We can sit in cold weather and have our shoulders in the water.
The jets are very nice and in just the right places for a back massage. And the lounge has leg and foot jets. Oh almost forgot this new spa appears to not make a noticeable difference in our electric bill.

Can you imagine…I was initially a little disappointed the spa did not have a more familiar cassette deck or CD player. Even as a technology-averse Neanderthal, I soon discovered how easy this ‘new-fangled’ ‘blue-tooth’ technology is to use. It was a revelation to be shown how I can use my cell phone to download and listen to an endless variety of music from you-tube, courtesy of the swivelling, directional pop-up speakers close to your head. The first time you experience an Alpine Spa is like the first time you ever used a microwave…you ask yourself , “How did I ever live before without one!”

Every time we get into our Alpine Spa we sigh with joy, before one of us puts on a silly Australian accent to say, “just paid for itself” (you’ve seen The Castle, right?!). We are happy every single day that we made the decision to install an Alpine Spa. I have a Nova which was purchased about 18 months ago. It replaced an old secondhand spa that was dying and literally falling to bits. I wanted to replace it with a new spa and started my research. The Alpine range far exceeded all others with their additional features, back up support and the quality running gear driving things underneath, it was really a one horse race.
The spa gets used every day and it's been faultless, It sits in with a little homemade sauna and an outdoor heated shower to make the whole spa area a little bit fancy but we love it and are really happy with the decision in choosing the Alpine.

My spa was delivered nearly 2 years ago, there is nothing quite like sitting and relaxing in the hot bubbling water under the stars with a cold beer. The lights illuminate a warm glow of a tantric amount of colours while every ache and pain is melted away in the seat of the Mt Blanc Spa.
It’s economical, quiet, cleans with the cycle in the dead of night, it is enjoyed by my whole family including play time with my 2 year old son. When we are soaking at night this is a sure fire way to send him

Assembling our Alpine Gazebo was a real challenge in the always changeable Auckland Weather over the Queens Birthday weekend, however we are thrilled with the final result. Should Have Got One Sooner
We purchased the Nova Spa in October last year, it was on the Thursday before Labour weekend. Alpine spas processed the purchase so quickly it was shipped up and arrived in Nelson Friday morning! We picked it up from the depot that afternoon and had it in place, filled up and it was heated and ready to use Saturday.
We don't regret buying our spa, if anything we should of got one sooner! We are builders and it is the best for relieving sore bodies, and so nice to stargaze in the cooler evenings, we absolutely love it!

With that heavy use I must admit I was a bit concerned about the cleaning and also power use, but I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of cleaning and maintenance with the clear step by step instruction manual and all the products included in the start-up pack. Our power bill was also a lot lower than expected with it equating to a running cost of approx $1-2 per day.
Without a doubt buying an alpine spa is one of the best things we have done as a whanau and I would 100% recommended you do the same, you won’t regret it!

Our infrared sauna is fantastic! The flat pack came in several large boxes and took me the afternoon to assemble. I was concerned about how tricky it would be positioning it in the corner on the rubber mats, but it has small nylon feet under the base so you can slide it enough. Only two issues were a minor break on an ornamental piece of wood (soon to be replaced) and the front glass panels labelled upside down (so I had to flip them over for the front heaters to be fixed to them).
Assembly aside, the sauna performs amazingly well. Having been used to steam rooms and traditional saunas, I wasn't sure what to expect - ambient temperature reaches 70 degrees C, which is much more than I thought possible. Plus the panels radiating so close to you means you feel the heat!
I give it about 25min to get to 55deg (fully insulated room) and I get sweat beads from about 10min in. My partner takes longer, but she also runs colder.
Love the different LED light colours to suit your mood and the modern style control panel.
I would say the biggest benefit for me is greatly reduced muscle fatigue from daily workouts, that alone makes it worthwhile!

This spa will change your life. It is such an enjoyable experience to get home from work and the gym and to get into the spa to relax, unwind and talk about our day. It is perfect for a couple, we have had one other person in the spa and there was still plenty of room for personal space. This is the second spa that we have owned and we prefer this over the larger 4-5 person spa because it takes up less room on the back patio and to be honest day to day it is just the two of us who use it. The jets are amazing and in all of the right places. We were very excited in late January this year to take delivery in Gisborne of our Alpine Himalaya Swim Spa. We purchased it on Boxing Day last year as a family Christmas present from the Christchurch Showroom. Installation was scary. The spa unit needed to be lifted over our house, taking the HIAB crane to the limit of its lifting capacity at its maximum reach. Once up and running though, it has been fantastic. We are a 'swimming' family but often find it hard to get to our club pool for anything other than the kids going to squad training. Being able to swim at home at anytime has helped keep all of us active. Relaxing in the Spa after a swim session or just after a long work day has also brought us together. During the recent Covid-19 lockdown, keeping active at home was made easy by being able to swim.

Excellent product. As a triathlete, having a Challenger 15 allows me access to swim training at my home, the same as I do with my treadmill and my bike trainer. Avoiding waiting for a lane at a public pool is great. Having access to swimming during the COVID-19 pandemic has been a true blessing as all public pools are closed and this allows me to maintain and improve my swim fitness. The swim spa itself is a great multi-use product. It allows me to get swim training done in the early mornings at 79 degrees and the whole family can enjoy it in the evenings at whatever hot tub temperature they desire. The swim feature is fantastic and prepares me for open water racing with a wide range of speeds. No doubt, a great investment the entire family enjoys.

I eyed up the Makalu several times before and saw the special price on this spa. I was always impressed with the specs on this spa, the great features and compact size compared to the big clunky beast we currently had. I said to my wife, right, lets buy a new spa. She agreed and I went online and ordered the spa. Within a short time, and on Easter Friday, Jay got back to me promptly and helped me through the process of getting the spa as new stocks were arriving soon. He explained the deposit process and would get the ball rolling the next day to process the deposit. From there it was plain sailing. Jay kept in touch to advise the dispatch team would be in touch soon. Rosie contacted us and arranged dispatch to Dunedin. Spa was sent, I picked up spa from Mainfreight, got it home, unpacked and placed on our purpose build deck, cranked it up and have never looked back. The Makalu is simply awesome! Great compact size, powerful jets and great for those chilly nights under the stars. The spa is well built, has great controls and a joy to use. Many thanks to Jay and all the team at Alpine Spas.

As we say in our family I am a typical Hunter I want the best, and after much research of every spa and swim spa in the country Alpine Spas came out as the best, both in the quality of the materials, the filtering systems, the finished product, and the price. The Himalaya has every Bell n Whistle that you can think of and then even a few more thrown in. I met Hamish at the field days where without hesitation he was able to answer every question I threw at him (and I had quite a few). He definitely knew his products and what they were capable of doing. As I had groundwork to do where the pool was going it was a quite a few months before I was ready for the delivery day, throughout the whole process Hamish kept in touch helping with things like colour samples, lots of advice and answering even more questions. Then on the delivery day Hamish sounded as excited as me with the "is it there yet." The pool was delivered by Steve of Auckland Cranes, he was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. With the "we will deliver and place your pool with no damages" which is exactly what he did. When the pool arrived it was extremely well packed and wrapped in packaging to prevent any damages so Unwrapping and unpacking the pool was like the biggest Christmas present I've ever had, to find little things like the lid covers had pieces of extra material in case you ever got a rip or a tear you automatically had a patch the same colour to be able to fix it. There are narrow strips of wood that screw the panels together on the base of the pool and an extra strip was also provided. Top brownie points for that Alpine Spas. What I have loved the most about Alpine Spas is they didn't just sell me a pool then that was that .. deal finished. They sold me a pool that came with before during and after care service. Hamish has been fantastic to deal with and I am sure he was just as excited as me about the whole experience, very friendly, very helpful, very professional and really knows his stuff. I take my hat off with big thanks and gratitude to all of the Alpine Spas team. You come with the highest recommendations and professionalism every step of the way and I would have no hesitations in recommending Hamish and Alpine Spas to anybody who is looking at getting a new pool.

The Michael Phelps Swim Spa is the best of both worlds. It gives us a spa and a year-round pool. The quality of the pool is second to none. As a swimmer, it provides me the ability to swim at home instead of going to a public pool. This has been the best investment I could have made. After the kiddos have gone to bed, it is a great time for the two of us to relax and focus on each other! We love to sit in our favourite spots...mine is the lounger, and his is the therapeutic seat...and gaze up at the stars! It is so relaxing! The kiddos love to use it, as well, especially with all of the features on it...the waterfall, the shooting water, and the different coloured lights. I am never one to leave reviews, but after my experience with Artesian Spas I felt the need to share. We recently added a deck on the back of our house so we could put a spa in. I’ve always known I wanted an Artesian Spa someday because of the quality, but I honestly never expected it to be THIS GOOD. My husband and I are runners. The hydrotherapy benefits have been incredibly helpful for recovery, which is a huge bonus for us on top of the expected relaxation benefits. We both feel way less achy and we joke that it’s our time machine since we feel younger after a soak. It truly is a fountain of youth!
