Alert Level information for Auckland
Under the new level 2 restrictions, we are pleased to announce that our Auckland showroom is back open.
We’re excited to be back at work and our sales team are here to help you find your perfect spa pool.
Health and safety is of the utmost importance to us, for both our customers and staff. We are following government recommendations for retail best practices during level 2.
Please remember to keep 2 metres apart when in store and ensure you sign in with the COVID19 QR code when entering. Help stop the spread.
Alert Level information for New Zealand
For customers in regions under Alert Level 2, we can confirm that our showrooms will be open for all sales, servicing and parts enquiries on-site.
We are still offering contactless servicing and test drive options, with the ability to pick-up and drop-off at your convenience.
Under Alert Level 2, we will also be offering increased safety measures under Ministry of Health guidelines for all staff and customers.
Browse Online & Video Viewings
Due to the current environment, we understand that many customers may be hesitant to physically view the Spa Pool of their choice. That’s why we’re offering video viewings so that you can view your desired Spa from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
Staying safe at work is our number one priority which is why we have adapted our Showroom with stringent safety measures that exceed official requirements to ensure the welfare of our Spa Pool Specialists whilst working.
