Alpine Spas Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

• Promoter
  The promoter of this competition is Alpine Spas. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
• Eligibility
  Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Alpine Spas, their immediate family, and anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per customer.
• Entry Requirements
  Participants must sign up for the Alpine Spas newsletter via the entry form on the Alpine Spas website. Only one entry per person is allowed. All information must be accurate at the time of entry.
• Competition Period
  The competition runs until 11:59 PM on Thursday, 7th November 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
• Prize
  Alpine Spas Pamper Pack: a set of Alpine Spas Wine Glasses, 1x Bottle of Wine, 2x Alpine Spas Towels, 2x Alpine Spas Bathrobes and 2x Alpine Spas Drink Bottles.
• Prize Conditions
  Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Alpine Spas reserves the right to substitute any prize with a similar or higher value if necessary.
• Winner Selection
  Winner will be randomly selected after the competition closes. The draw will be held on Friday, 8th November 2024, and the winner will be notified via email within 7 days. If winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, Alpine Spas may select an alternative winner.
• Publicity
  By entering, participants agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes.
• Data Protection
  Personal information will be processed in accordance with Alpine Spas’ privacy policy.
• General
  Alpine Spas reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if necessary. By participating, entrants agree to these terms.
