The Helsinki 3 person infrared sauna is superb - I am so happy we decided to purchase the 3 person. The sauna itself is very spacious and you can comfortable stand & lay down if you are in there by yourself. It would comfortably sit three persons and *could* fit four persons if you sat close together. The sauna itself feels like very good quality and heats up to the top end of the temperature range in approximately 15 minutes (pre-heated). I really enjoy the Bluetooth functionality and the ability to change both the colour of the lights and the "brightness" of the lights. I found the Alpine team extremely accomodating and helpful. I originally planned to collect the Sauna & then decided i would prefer to have it delivered. A quick phonecall to the team had this all organised in under 10 minutes. On the day of delivery, I called to follow up and they were able to contact the driver and give me an extremely accurate estimated delivery time. The sauna itself is 10/10 and my favourite part of the day. I have noticed a big improvement in my sleep and mood after using this daily over the last two weeks. I will say, I personally found the assembly a little bit tricky (getting the panels to slide in using the lock technology) however, the instructions themselves were extremely easy to follow and instructions are available in both video form and written form (with pictures). I have spent 5+ years wanting to purchase a sauna and Apline has not dissapointed! The quality, price point, and function of this sauna is everything I could have wanted & more. Thank you Alpine, I will be a returning customer!
