I couldn’t be happier with the Alpine Copenhagen sauna. The build quality is excellent — it feels super durable, looks high-end, and is incredibly comfortable to use. I purchased the Lucca Sauna from Alpine spas and have been so impressed with the quality of materials. The instructions were inuative with parts well labeled and described. The delivery and installation were seamless. The spa was delivered and positioned perfectly, and the installer returned the next day to fit the cover lifter, which makes opening and closing it incredibly easy. He also installed the cover locks and drilled the hole for the power cable. All the packaging was taken away, which was a nice touch.
