Service at Alpine was fabulous, they even rung and had the warehouse make our pickup same day as we had travelled so far and saved us a trip back.

Luke our sales rep was fantastic. He answered all our questions & made the sales process really simple. The delivery staff were very accommodating, as we had to change the delivery date due to having other works happening at the same time. Thery were very accommodating, friendly & helpful.

Outstanding customer service from Alpine. When I had trouble with the delivery company, Alpine recognised this and sent me free sauna products for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend Alpine to others.

  • Outdoor hot tub on a wooden deck overlooking a scenic landscape with trees, hills, and the ocean at sunset.

Bought the Matterhorn spa from Alpine Spas, amazing service and after sales support, nothing was a problem, highly recommend!

  • A modern wooden sauna with a glass door, red interior lighting, and the words "alpine saunas" vertically on the front panel.

It was the best decision I have made in years. I use my sauna everyday and it has never missed a beat. I would recommend Alpine Spas to anyone, their service is amazing and their products are the top of the bunch👌

  • Wooden hot tub with a metal chimney emitting smoke on a wooden deck, next to outdoor wicker furniture, with a modern dark house and snow-capped mountains in the background.

Great service and great product. Super pleased with our new hot tub.

  • A wooden barrel-shaped outdoor sauna with a glass door labeled "alpine saunas." The sauna is lit warmly inside, with benches on either side of the entrance. A towel hangs on a hook to the left, and a glass water bottle and cup sit on the right bench. The sauna sits on white gravel with a stepping stone in front.

Great service, and the quality of the Barrel Sauna is amazing. Absolutely love it!
