With Ozone sanitsation and UltraClear™ UV-C sanitisation systems built into the Spa, water care is made incredibly easy, with reduced need for harsh chemicals. Your Back-Lit LED Cascading Waterfall also plays a part, pulling water from the bottom of the Spa and pouring it directly over your filters to create a perpetual motion of water filtration. A dedicated circulation pump inside the cabinet uses WhisperQuiet™ technology to ensure it won’t wake you up in the middle of the night.

Are Alpine Spas good quality?

We value integrity here at Alpine Spas and take exceptional pride in our products. We proudly guarantee that every Alpine Spa is meticulously crafted with over 40 hours of skilled workmanship involved.

All of our spas are fitted with industry-leading components, such as Balboa® and SpaNet control systems. We use American-made Lucite® acrylic shells and the latest in water purification systems. Each model is also fitted with our robust Four Layer Insulation System, designed to heat your spa quicker and save you money.

Do I need to fence my spa pool?

In most cases, the answer is no. We’re a safety-first company and carefully design our portable spas to meet the fencing requirements stipulated in Council requirements.

Here are the stipulations made by councils.

A cover may be used as a barrier for a small heated pool with a water surface area of 5m² or less and with walls that stand 760mm above the adjacent floor or ground.
The cover must restrict the entry of children when closed.
The cover must be able to withstand a reasonably foreseeable load.
The cover must be able to be readily returned to the closed position and have signage indicating its child safety features.

Our spa covers far exceed the minimum requirements outlined.

Do you do finance?

Yes, we work directly with GEM finance to offer our customers practical finance options.

Does the spa come with a cover for the top of the spa?

Yes, all our spas and swim spas come with fully insulated, lockable covers. Our spa covers are specifically designed to trap the heat, even in the depths of winter!

What type of base do I need to place my spa on?

Your spa must be placed on a sturdy, flat surface that won’t move or waiver under the total weight of your spa once it’s filled. Do not place your spa on grass.

Having owned two other well known brands previously, I can confidently say Alpine is far superior to anything on the market, and at very reasonable prices. I wanted a deep spa so shoulders wouldn’t be above the waterline and Munro achieved exactly that. The jets are powerful, features like away mode and peak heat times are excellent. Best of all I added the Wi-Fi module which works perfectly. It not only means I can control the temperature, pumps, lights and filter cycles from anywhere in the world, but it is also easier to set and check these things from my phone, rather than the control pad on the spa itself. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Munro design. Its a brillant hot tub and offers really good seating capabilities. I highly recommend spending the extra cash and upgrade to the premier grade spa. The size of the spa is a instant attraction offering the best leg space for the taller lads. There are many accessories that come with the kit and are very useful for first time spa owners. It will take time to adjust to the water chemistry. So NOTE… Please consult with alpine spa technicians team before adding the chemicals supplied with package this will significantly help with the quality of your water down the road . Excellent experience, very happy with product and communication from the company. Only negative was having to pay an additional $200 for delivery, due to it being complicated. I felt the sales person falsely promised everything would be included in fee and easy for delivery, then the delivery person said it was actually really tricky and would have additional fees.

We absolutely love our Munro spa pool, and so does our cat! We have it on a covered deck with sea views. The cover lift if brilliant, makes it so easy to get the cover on and off.
At dawn and dusk it’s so peaceful; we get fantails and wax eyes feeding on the Tree Fern next to the spa and at night the lights and blue-tooth speakers are great when you have mates over. It’s so easy to get people to feed our cats when we’re away now because we just say they can use the spa in exchange!

Got our Munro spa recently. Have been thinking about getting one for years and now we have it we wish we had got it years ago! Very comfortably fits our family of 6. Jay Janders was great to deal with. Very straight forward to do everything via phone, delivery to Dunedin straight forward and well informed. Jay and the managing director has contacted us a few times to make sure we are happy and all going well. It’s been a seamless purchase and service and the spa is awesome and remarkably easy to get up and running and maintain.

It also looks great and fits perfectly with the house and garden. It’s so cool to relax in the pool at night after a stressful day. The crew who delivered the Pool where awesome too. Everything went without a hitch. I am happy that I bought the pool from Alpine Spas as they are also providing a 24/7 service which is absolutely important to me if something goes wrong down the track. Mary even called me a few weeks later to check if everything went well and if I am happy with the pool and the whole process, which I really appreciated. AMAZING company to deal with. Mary answered all of our questions in an informed and totally non pushy way, she knew the range inside out. We are really happy with our Munro spa which we have had for 3 months now. The whole purchase process was seamless and professional. The Dispatch team (Rosie) were stars at organising delivery to our tricky access site (narrow street, steep driveway followed by manually carrying the spa down a steep bush clad section). Plus tech support (Tash / Ashlea) are brilliant if you ever need them they just respond and fix it, nothing is too much trouble. We had a tech guy out to swap a panel that had a little crack after delivery and he was on time and lovely to deal with. If you are in the market for a spa (and we did the rounds of the spa showrooms and expos) this company know how to look after customers not just sell you a spa. Save yourself some time just go straight to Alpine the reviews speak for themselves. A spa was a huge purchase for us but after 3 months we wish we had bought one years ago. My partner who thought spas were a waste of money and cost heaps to run is now a raving fan, is in the spa every day and our power bill hasn’t jumped up by much at all.
