These Terms govern your use of all functionalities, features, streaming services, applications, video content, audio, written media, documents, website links, user interfaces, and related software (“Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Forme may modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
3. Access and Use of Service

• You must be 18 years or older to register or upload content.

6. Username / Password / Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Notify Forme immediately of any unauthorized account access.
7. Use of Services

If you purchase access to paid content, you agree to pay all applicable fees and maintain valid payment details.
8. Subscriptions & Purchases
Digital content may be available via:
• Subscription
• One time purchase
• Rental
• Pay per view
Streaming quality may vary based on device, bandwidth, and location. Forme does not guarantee resolution or uninterrupted playback.
9. Payments & Billing
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
Receipts will be emailed upon successful payment.
Plan availability may change at Forme’s discretion.
10. User Comments and Suggestions
By submitting suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you agree they become the property of Forme without compensation or obligations.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, platform content, layout, design elements, and software are owned by Forme or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in New Zealand, Australia, and internationally.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or publicly display any content without permission.
12. Social Networking
If you share content from the Services to social media platforms, you are responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms.
13. Use of Software
If the Services include downloadable apps or software, Forme grants a limited, non transferable license for personal use only.
Reverse engineering, distributing, or modifying the software is prohibited.
Forme may update the software at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
14. Copyright Infringement (New Zealand & Australia)
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, notify Forme with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material
• A declaration of good faith
False or misleading claims may result in liability under applicable NZ and AU law.
15. Warranty Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty.
Forme does not guarantee:
• uninterrupted service
• error free operation
• secure transmissions
• accuracy of content
Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under New Zealand law, Forme is not liable for:
• loss of data
• lost profits
• service interruptions
• viruses or harmful code
• unauthorized access
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for access to the Services.
17. Indemnification

19. Consumer Rights (New Zealand & Australia)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under New Zealand or Australian consumer protection laws, including:

Under these laws, consumers have guarantees that digital services must be:

Australian consumers are entitled to:
• remedies for digital services that fail to meet acceptable quality

These rights apply independently of any commercial warranties provided by Forme.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts for any disputes.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect.
21. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
Forme may assign or transfer its rights at its discretion.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Forme and supersede any prior understandings relating to the Services.
