Dave Wood brings a rare blend of frontline resilience and real-world wisdom to Alpine Spas. After more than a decade as an Intensive Care Paramedic and professional ocean lifeguard, he understands better than anyone how recovery, calm under pressure, and mental clarity can shape performance and wellbeing.

Now the founder of Integrated Training, Dave coaches athletes, first responders, and busy professionals on breathing, mindset, and recovery. As an Alpine Spas Ambassador, he shares a simple truth: peak performance isn’t just about pushing hard but about resetting well. With tools like sauna heat and ice bath contrast therapy, Dave shows how to recharge both body and mind.
